Status with External Transfers

If your request is linked to a setup for automatically transferring the signed document to an external repository, in the details of your signing process you can find the transfers object with detailed information, including the status, which may be one of those listed in the following table.
| STATUS | DESCRIPTION |
|---|---|
| FINISHED | Request successfully completed and document successfully transferred to an external transfer system. |
| CANCELED | Request successfully completed but the document could not be transferred because an administrator cancelled the transfer. |
| PENDING | Request not yet assigned to transfer queue. |
| ASSIGNED | Request already assigned to the transfer queue. |
| ERROR | Error during the request. Depending on the configuration set for each type of transfer, it will automatically retry N times. |
| MAX_ERROR_REACHED | Request completed successfully but the document could not be transferred. The maximum number of retries configured for the external transfer of the signed document was reached. This status can be canceled by an administrator or it can be reattempted manually from the transfers. |
